How does this all work?

Our Plants Nerds are standing by to get in touch with a killer quote, a timeline that works for you, and all the next steps. Once everything is set in stone, we'll send over an invoice and a handy recipient's details form (if you're sending plants to different addresses). And voila! Once we've received payment and shipping deets, your lucky recipients will be on their way to a green paradise. It's smooth sailing and pure magic for businesses like yours.
How much notice is required for the delivery of corporate gifts?

Generally, we can get these sent off within 2-3 days after receiving payment. However, this is depending on quantities and plant availability etc
What options do I have to customise my gifts?

If you have a particular colour theme, plant type or anything else in mind we are always happy to help with requests and create the best option for you, we have a wide range of pot colours and plant varieties available.  If you would like to add some of your own branding or other additional items, you can post these to us and we will incorporate them for you.
Can I include gift notes with each gift?

We have a cute little card to print your gift note straight onto (this will need to be all the same message as we cannot print individual notes sorry). If you have a particular gift card or branding you would like to use you can always post these to us and our team to add to the box when packing.
How do I give you the address for delivery?

If you are sending to multiple addresses we will email you a simple Excel sheet to fill out the recipient's details.
Where in Australia can I get gifts delivered?

We ship live plants to QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA (some plant restrictions may apply due to biosecurity laws). We can ship our accessories and hardware to all Australian States and Territories.
What payment options are available?

If you require, we can do a standard invoice with our bank details included (most accounts team prefer this method) it generally take 2-4 business days to clear. You also have the faster options of paying via Paypal, Klaviyo, credit card or Afterpay.
