Customers praised the plants as "gorgeous and thriving" with "great quality" and healthy arrival. Many appreciated the "nice colours" and ground cover capabilities. However, some concerns arose about value for money, with plants arriving root-bound and limited color variety in assortments despite advertising mixed colors.

Unfortunately very root-bound on arrival. Website suggests they should come loose with some gentle tapping. I had to snap thick roots that were protruding through the bottom of the containers and scrape out the plants.

generally a little disappointed in the actual plants, as they were stated to be an assortment of colours, and I do know that there is a wide variety of colours in this plant, but I received only 3 varieties in the 8 ordered, and all were the same colour. On enquiring about this, i was told the packers would just put in what was available. My suggestion was, that letting me know there was a shortage of variety, i would have requested the order be put on hold until other colours were available. I was apologetic about this small query, but I really don't think it was a matter of concern for the plant supplier. I am sorry to say this, but I think I was shortchanged.
